This weekend, I finally set time aside for myself - no alarms, no plans, no meetings, no set schedules. It was amazing and gave me a chance to appreciate the finer things in life...like inhaling half a box of cookies I just bought, while watching Youtube videos about how Italian gorgonzola cheese is made.
